Job Requirements
- A minimum of College Diploma/ 10+3/ Level III Certificate in Technical related filed of studies with minimum of three years’ experience as Plumber or Sanitary worker from known organization, real estate, condominium, common living areas
Or
- A Minimum of 12th grade complete (per old curriculum) or 10th grade complete (per new curriculum) with a minimum of five years of experience as Plumber or Sanitary worker from known organization, real estate, condominium, common living areas
- A Minimum of 8th Grade complete with three years of experience in cleaning and gardening.
- A Minimum of College Diploma/10+3/Level III Certificate in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Accounting Information System or any related field from recognized TVET/College/University with a minimum of three years of experience as Accountant or any related experience from known organization, real estate, condominium, common living areas
