Job Description
The Successful Cashier Accountant and Store Keeper is responsible to engage in proper handling of the cash, check, receipts and important payment documents. The job holder is also responsible for providing accounting and clerical support to Finance Department and Keys daily worksheets to the general hold ledger.
He or she also takes care and manages the store; and participates in annual counting; be responsible for the planning and implementing preventive stock record maintenance, and facilitates the goods receiving and issuance process.
In consultation with his/her line supervisor prepares regular work plan and execute accordingly. Ensure the availability of reserve stationary stock and take inventory of fixed and fast-moving items biannually and make ready all documents for inspection/ auditing.
Job Requirements
The successful candidate must possess a minimum of Diploma in Accounting and Finance and 4 years’ experience of which one year should be in a cashier position of BA degree in Accounting and Finance or related field and 2 years’ experience of which one year should be in a cashier position.
