Human Resource & Administrative Assistant
Alimahomed Hassam Trust is a non-political, non-governmental and non-profit making Malawian charitable organisation incorporated under the Trustees Incorporation Act in 2013 and has since expanded its efforts in building, developing and maintaining Social, Welfare and Educational projects serving thousands of Malawians every year. In a quest to progress Its operation, the charity is looking for the services of:
HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Ideal Candidate must have the following:
- Graduate (Level 6) Diploma or Higher in Human Resource or Business Management
- At least two years’ working experience in a similar position
- Demonstrate understanding of all employment laws of Malawi
- Excellent communication in English and Chichewa both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of computers, especially MS Office
- Ability to work effectively with people from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds
