Job Description

  • Prepares daily schedule based on company Brand Book and keep the balance between content, promo, and commercials.
  • Prepares monthly schedule guideline and follow the Junior scheduler is working on that flow.
  • Follow up all elements are delivered from other departments before a week, if not remind the assigned person to deliver on time.
  • Make sure that all elements he uses in schedule are well booked in to the system regarding file name, version and duration also physically delivered to the relevant department.
  • Register show segments based on uploader list and take double check of episode number, segment naming and duration. In addition, checking new files including Promo, commercial and non-commercial files, before registering in to the system.
  • Check the daily log keeps promo balance per promo guideline.
  • Is responsible for the Broadview which is going to record elements in it, MUST BE error free, clear with correct name, versioning, format, description, material ID and duration.
  • Is responsible for each element goes to air, he must be careful and make checking again and again AND AGAIN.
  • Make sure that all Schedules made based on monthly Grid before finalizing the daily log.
  • He must be always ready to fixing errors and taking proper decisions.
  • Work with different departments attentively /sales, finance, creative and QC team.
  • Checking the Traffic order is made based on rate card, contract, package, and spot number.
  • Create AMD for new commercial.
  • Registering Ad copy with exact commercial video code, Material ID and name.
  • Booking RO in to the system and checking it’s the same as Traffic Order.
  • Changing, replacing commercial video by checking it’s the same advertiser same duration and video content.
  • Give reports and required information when it is required.
  • Do other work related assignments not listed here; but to be provided by Line Manager or other Senior Managers.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant IT certificates
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience managing database systems.
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented: Able to catch errors & mistakes early on and foresee errors before they become larger issues.
  • Proactive: Constant communication with line manager, Sales, QC team, creatives, etc.
  • Always make sure visible, well- structured and understandable filling system is available on work computer.
  • Extremely organized

  • Feeling responsible: This place requires highly self-responsibility for each task you assigned to do.
  • Detail oriented: Able to catch errors & mistakes early on and foresee errors before they become larger issues.
  • Proactive: Constant communication with every department who receive files from.
  • Organized: It is imperative to stay organized all the time, especially on BV always kept proper and correct files only.
  • Strong communication skills. This job requires being available around the clock, in case any errors being in constant communication with your team and everyone you engage with. This means always having access to your email and particularly being available to communicate in any case and quickly come to the office to check errors.
  • Strong sense of urgency to correct errors.
