§  Perform accounting functions as assigned including, but not limited to book, reconcile and report and bank balance,  accrual, cash, cash applied to A/R, bad debt allowance and non-admitted A/R on a monthly basis as well as for any GAAP/IFRS vs. actual journalize and posing differences.

§  Preparing monthly payroll sheet for approval

§   Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures

§  To check receipt, payment, journals coding and posing in Peachtree accounting software  to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a weekly bases

§  Assist cashier accountant on documentation, coding, posting and petty cash operation.

§  Check petty cash replenishment

§  To take Back-up month-end duties after reconcile the bank statement

§  Appropriate documentation

Reporting & Analysis:

§  Assist with analyzing financial statements on a quarterly basis and report on variances

§  Preparing employee income tax, pension fund as per the law and follow up the payment.

§  Notification of VAT and request the refund

§  Prepare and enter journal entries which includes correcting entries, allocating

expenditures, etc

§  Assist in year-end closing and audits

§  Assist in cash collection

§  Assist to establish strong internal control system

§  Assist in fixed asset registration and annual inventory
