Post: Training Vacancies: Management Analyst (Grade H)
Salary: Within the Grade H salary scale segment
Location: Department of Human Resource
Qualifications
Applicants should be serving officers at Grade I with a minimum of two (2) years experience at that grade and in possession of a bachelor’s degree in either Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Social Science, Accounting, Engineering or Business Administration/Management/Studies or serving officers at Grade H) regardless of experience at that grade and in possession of similar qualifications as those of Grade I officers stipulated above.
Duties
- Conduct job inspection exercises for purposes of coming up with appropriate organizational structure and staff numbers;
- Conduct functional reviews of Government Ministries, Departments and Parastatals to determine need and justification for their existence, relevance of their functions, reduce overlaps and duplication of functions; conduct job evaluation exercises for purposes of placing job in their correct rank order; write and review project proposals/ plans, etc_
Note:
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
