Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Management of one or more product segments
Execution of sourcing strategy according to the Sales and marketing Manager guidance in collaboration with Finance/controlling functions.
Undertake derivation of procurement target per category /products in line with sales forecast
Strategic analysis of supply markets and supply chains to continuously drive benefits to EATH Customers.
Preparation and execution of Supplier negotiations in coordination with sales and marketing department.
Monitoring of stock level, supplier performance and supply chain performance.
Close collaboration with related functions, e.g. Inventory, Logistics and warehouse management.

& Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


BA degree   – in the field of Procurement,  Supply Chain Management or other related Fields.


2 years and Above work experience in procurement ; preferably in a

In Merchandising sector (FMCG sector)


·         Deep understanding of relevant supply markets/Supply Chains.

·         Strong negotiation skills and negotiation experience.

·         Analytical thinking and data analysis /Financial modeling skills.

·         Good knowledge of procurement processes for domestic and /or Imported products

·         Good knowledge of the Ethiopian FMCG trade market

·         Self-motivated working style with highest level of professionalism, diligence and dedication.

·         At least basic leadership experience and motivation skill.
