The General Mechanic is in need to implement the maintenance activities such as break down, planned maintenance, involve in new machine erection expansion, facility works and utility works using his mechanic and welding skills, and is required to cover second shift. Next of these to be participate in plant production and support other plant works.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key tasks

• According to the work procedure given from the department maintaining of the plant parts.
• Effectively maintenance of machines, equipment, components of the plant for increasing availability of the plant.
• Follow up the machine operation during working in interval and give remedial when required.
•  Involve mainly in maintenance activities of the and give support for production after maintenance work completion.
• Involve effectively preventive maintenance activities of the plant according the schedule and check list launched by the maintenance department.
• Participate in utility construction and facility of the plant.
• Utilize resources and spare parts properly and avoid ineffective usage.
• Record and report data after work for utilization and consumption analysis.
• Handle and use tools and equipment properly, avoid negligence usage.
•   Involve in other assignments as need when his nearest supervisor order.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
