Fh Jobs Vacancy 2018
Follow up and coordinating the food distribution plan with JEOP officers and implement accordingly.
§ Provide qualitative raw data on monthly post distribution to JEOP officers.
§ Ensure that targeted beneficiaries getting their monthly entitlement as per approved ration size.
§ Ensure that the master beneficiaries list concedes with payment list
§ Ensure that document verification properly made before food distribution conducted.
§ Compile dispatch and distribution report from warehouse and distribution centers and report to JEOP officers on weekly bases.
§ Ensure adequate filing system of all reports and make them accessible to use by the JEOP department staff at project level.
§ Will be responsible for all clerical tasks such as filling in and out going letters related to JEOP, master list, payment lists, and kebele witness letter that confirms beneficiaries received entitlement accordingly.
§ Prepare reporting and distribution summary to JEOP officers, every week, months and annual.
§ Provide orientation on donor’s name, ration size, free hand over of empty bags and containers to be given for JEOP beneficiaries before and after distribution conducted.
Job Requirements
Academic qualification / Work experience- Minimum of Bsc degree in agriculture or development field with one Year experience in emergency program preferably JEOP.
Essential Competencies: Computer literate
