Roles and Responsibilities

• Undertake organizational design, job description drafting, job evaluation and grading, hierarchy and functional structures, salary surveys and human resource policy/ procedure manual projects for various Advisory assignment and clients
• Draft and finalize comprehensive advisory deliverables in organizational, human resource, and talent related transformation projects
• Lead the Human Resource Advisory team with strategic planning and weekly proposals/ presentations towards potential clients in the private sector and public sector
• Work closely with Grant Thornton’s global Human Resource Advisory teams and collaborate with industry experts across the world

Education and Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related Discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experiences in Human Resource Advisory
