Habesha is looking for a HR Officer (Duty Station: Debre Birhane)

The Role Summary:

Working with the team, the post holder is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development and performance monitoring. He/she will also be responsible to prepare contracts, offer letters, process all pre-employment checks, and collect and summarize overtime sheet of brewery staff.

The Person:

This role is positioned at professional level and requires an experienced person, who will have the opportunity to develop their career further within a very progressive Learning and Development as well as a dynamic and exciting work environment.

Ideally 2 plus years in a similar role with good communication and expression ability are the necessary requirements of the role.
