Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:
- BA Degree in Hotel, Marketing, management
- 2 year and above on a similar position
Additional Skills and Attributes:
● Able to work on PMS and CRS ( IDS is a plus)
● Knowledge of online markets and agents
● Able to work under pressure
● Communication ability in speaking, reading and writing English and Amharic
● Able to work as a team and on Flexible schedule
● Pro-activeness and analytical ability
● Detail Oriented
● Excellent customer service skill
