Post: Bursar (Grade K)
Salary: Within the Grade K salary scale segment
Location: Mangochi Community Technical College
Qualifications
- Applicants should be in possession of a Diploma in either Human Resource Management or Business Administration/ Management/Studies obtained from recognised institutions and Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
Duties
- Develop and implement financial policies and systems that track and record college expenditures and revenues;
- Undertake purchasing and storage of accountable documents; open incoming mail and maintain paper money register;
- Interpret MPSR, MPSCR, Stores and Finance regulations; process booking of college facilitaties (i.e hall accommodation, classroom), etc.
Note:
Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
