Resel Pick-Pick Ict Plc Jobs Vacancies 2018

Resel pick pick ICT technologies is engaged in various projects including a smart – taxi solution, e-banking system and Human Resource excellence center.
The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for all HR processes and procedures throughout the company including recruitment, selection and retention, induction, compliance and policies, performance management, training and development. To have an overview of all employee relations.   To ensure that we are fully compliant with Safer Recruitment and that the Single Central Registrar is fully accurate and up-to-date. To provide legal advice to CEO and COO on any employment regulation up-dates, HR processes or staffing issues.
Understand and ensure full implementation of Resel Pick Pict ICT plc policies and procedures, Health, Safety and Welfare, Safer Recruitment and Security. Establish priorities, work independently and work without direct supervision on all routine matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•     To ensure that we are fully compliant, up-to-date and all staff are aware of relevant policies and regulations
•     Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
•     Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
•     Directs the development or selection of training materials such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, reference works, etc.
•     Directs staff in the processing of personnel transactions, time keeping, payrolls, personnel recordkeeping, insurance, longevity, retirement, and disability management.
•     Follow Safer Recruitment Practices in all recruitment processes
•     Directs staff in overall personnel administration, including appointments, promotions, transfers, demotions, suspensions, layoffs, and dismissals.
•     Applies the laws, regulations, and principles of equal employment opportunity to personnel situations.
•     Directs staff in counseling management and employees on grievances and other complaints originating from individual work situations or work environments.
•     Determines whether training programs meet acceptable standards as set by law, federal guidelines, etc.
•     Develops assessment techniques and evaluates staff development and training programs, methods, and materials; makes or recommends improvements.
•     Supervises and conducts special studies and analyses of personnel programs and policies, develops information systems to aid in department management decisions.
•     Establishes procedures and recommends changes in policy.
•     Ensure that all staff have the necessary training at Induction, inset and throughout the year
•     Manage the overall processes for external and internal Recruitment and Selection
•     Responsible for a recruitment and training budgets
•     Ensure new recruits, contractors, tutors, volunteers must have the correct checks, satisfactory references and DBS documentation prior to starting
•     Responsible for up-to-date employment contracts and offers of Employment
•     Continually review legislation to ensure all policies and procedures are compliant
•     Be aware and up-to-date of market rates and external remuneration information
•     Create and Co-ordinate with the CEO, COO, Managers and CFO to ensure the accuracy of Job Descriptions
•     Advice and maintain accurate Organograms
•     Monitor staff turnover metrics and reasons for leaving and advice the Head
•      Oversee levels of absence management and advice the CEO, COO, Managers and CFO
•     Have an overview of all performance management processes across the company for the Appraisal cycle, records of interviews, target achievements and teaching and learning processes.
•     Coordinate a dashboard to give an overview of performance management across the company.
•     Provide support to managers on leadership responsibilities
•     To undertake other such duties that may from time to time be reasonably assigned by the CEO or COO.
•     To contribute to the extra-curricular life of the company

Graduate level or equivalent professional qualification on Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration or significant relevant management experience.

Bachelor lever professional qualification on Human Resource Management, Management, Leadership, Business Administration and minimum of four years of experience in which two years as HR Manager or Senior HR Officer/Specialist.

Knowledge of the principles and practices of public personnel administration, including such functions as classification, compensation, service ratings, placement and training, and employee relations.
