This position is responsible for providing QA and Food safety support to the leadership
team and employees at the site.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Food safety/Quality
• Manage food safety management system (FMS)
• Manage quality management system (QMS)
• Ensure an effective food safe situation
• Yearly verification QMS/FMS system
• Give follow up to CCP (verification)
• Formulate action program out of verification
• Give follow up on action program
• Up to date riskassessmentsManage system to keep up to date and implement
• relevant regulation
• Run adherence/compliance reports in required frequency
• Block and release product
• Take decisions on the blocked product
• Perform RCA on blocked product
• Formulate action program
• Budgets
• Oversee cost related to budget during the year to avoid overspending
• Correct overspending
• Follow up to action programs
• Leadership and training
• Provide training and coaching for staff
• Evaluate/report need for training on quality and foodsafety
• Provide training and coaching for staff of whole organization on quality and
• food safety
• Manage training of organisation on quality and foodsafety
• QMS /FMS system level tasks
• Maintain documented system
• Manage internal audit program
• Follow up on corrective action program
• Manage certification program
• Maintain required certificates
• Perform GMP/hygiene inspection regularly (monthly)
• Manage analytical plan
• Perform lab analyses
• Provide CoA’s
• Assist and advice in QC checks in the process

QUALIFICATION

EDUCATION

• Min Bachelor degree, food science
  EXPERIENCE
• Min 5 year as QA manager in food industry
• Experience with international business relations, with management experience a plus
  KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Food processing, Food safety, GMP/Hygiene, Improvement Management, Ms office,
• project management, leadership, Effective communication both verbal and written
