Job Title: Accountant  

Job Responsibility

• Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
• Reconciles bank statements by comparing statements with general ledger.
• Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer.
• Declare monthly tax to the authorized Organization
• Prepare Cash and Check payments for signature
• Handling Petty Cash
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program.
• Sorts documents and reviews for accuracy, verifies invoices for payment.
• Handles cash and cash related transactions, issues receipts
• Work according to established procedures, standards, and applicable laws
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Required Skill:

• Knowledge of cash management principles and procedures.
• Basic data entry and word processing skills.
• Knowledge of payroll policies and procedures.
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Competency in accounting software and databases, as well as MS Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service

• Required qualification …… BA degree in accounting
• Relevant experience …….. 2 years experience in related role
