Transsion Manufacturing Plc Jobs Vacancies 2018
Manage the clearance work (on sea and air import) properly from ERCA and other jobs assigned
– Manage shipping process from ESLSE
– Manage others permission application from the government office
– Manage all shipping documentation is correct and proceed in a timely manner
– Preparing efficiently and effectively the necessary documents on all shipping requirements
– Undertake proper filing activities like printing, checking documents and data cleaning and preparation of records for easy reference
– Communicate effectively with staffs and immediate team leader
– Generate reports to the logistics team leader
Job Requirements
- BA degree in logistics & supply chain management or any other business field
- Experience (1 +-2 ) after graduation
- Excel and word ability should be good for daily report preparation purpose
- Competencies:
- Advanced ability to multi-task
- Accurate data entry skills
- Be able to speak and read English fluently
- Good analytical and negotiating skills
- Good knowledge of computer management & application
