Assistant manager directly under Production Manager leading, assist Production Manager. according to production tasks rationalize production, responsible for product manufacturing, quality assurance and improvement, material control and security, work discipline, sanitation, control and reduce manufacturing costs, improve production efficiency and management of production equipment and other daily affairs

Work Content:

1. 15 minutes early to the production site, according to the production plan, reasonable arrange the staff, well-organized, to ensure effective implementation of the production plan to meet the marketing needs
2. Strict accordance the rules and regulations ,production norms require subordinate , and take the lead compliance with them

4. Grasp production process and quality control key points of all products , guide the staff
5. Efforts to study production technology, improve own quality ,make use of all opportunities to train and communication with production staff, strengthen the quality and efficiency of staff, conservation awareness, improve skills and production efficiency, to ensure that the indicators be completed
6. Approved the damaged situation Every day, carry out theoretical and operational skills assessment of staff with the production manager regularly, According assessment results approved salaries to performance in accordance with the appraisal program and assessment results report to the Production Manager.
7. Overall responsibility for the workshop production management, timely and complete grasp of the workshop production processes and personnel dynamically, according to the actual situation of production, materials inventory and production quality for a reasonable and planned arrangements

8. Assisting the warehouse and responsible for materials management, frequently check and to keep abreast each production line use of materials, to ensure that the material is not lost, the material loss reported meet requirements ,reduce material loss rate reported, eliminate waste materials
9. Review the workshop input, output of types and quantities raw materials, production records and signed every day
10. Keep abreast of production status, Coordinate with relevant technical staff to be resolved, improve product quality and make it in a stable state
11. Supervision and management of the production, Supervision and management of the production site, effectively corrected, handling various problems arising from production, reduce downtime, ensure product quality, include the whole workshop of labor discipline, process discipline, health system performance, as well as the production line personnel management situation
12. Responsible for overseeing review the plant workers attendance, overtime, reasonable allocation production line staff to ensure the overall attendance at the average time to improve staff utilization and optimize production efficiency
13. Collect staff rationalization proposals and report production manager, coordinate and solve the contradiction between the workshop personnel timely
14. Improvement rules of staff deployment and appointment, made recommendations for improvements and assist add or modify to the company’s leadership and production manager
15. Processing or reporting of this workshop with emergency services timely
16. Other work arranged by superior

Job Requirements

Post qualification:


Education; BSc in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering and related field of studies.

Experience: Engaged in Industrial Management work or Technology work(Production Industries) for more than three years,with rich technical basis and management Skills.

Management Authority:

1. Right to propose modifications to this workshop staff jobs

2. Right to made workshop management system, and report to the production manager for approval and implementation

3. Right to propose adjust ,appointment and dismissal of the production team leader to the production manager

4. Right to department’s staff for material damages or related penalties ,report to production manager and record it in production department

5. Right to track production work

6. Right to obtain relevant information and resources, and ask other departments to coordinate
