We are looking for front desk representative to undertake all receptionist and Assistant duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the ‘face” of the company for all visitor and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of our customer service policies and should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities and duties :

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Greet and welcome guest
• Answer questions and address complains
• Answer all income call and redirect them or keep message
• Receive letters, package
• Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels
• Check , sort and forward emails
• Update the company database by inputting information for each call and keeping every customer field current
• Collaborate with all department when needed

• Collage degree required /
• 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Excellent knowledge of MS office ( especially Excel and word)
• Proficient in English ( oral and written)
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong sense of professionalism & discretion required
• Customer service orientation
• Good organization & multi-tasking abilities
