Mulukind Business PLC is a local business firm engaged in import and trading of chemicals, laboratory & agricultural Equipments. Mulukind Business Plc wants to hire the following competent professional for its head office.
Position: Logistics and Administration officer
Major Expected tasks:
• Leading and handling most of the office’s Human resources management, customs issues, bank permit
• Office Organization, purchase and logistics matters
• Handling price quotation, and Orders
• Assisting the technical team in marketing & tender
Number Required: one
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Salary: Negotiable
Qualifications/Skills : Qualification:
BA Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/ Accounting/Finance/Management or related fields from a recognized Institution
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in
• Office administration including HR
• Import , export, & customs procedures
• Tender and procurement
Special Skills:
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory
• Proficiency in written correspondence English through email and letters is mandatory
• Good skills in MS office is mandatory
• Good Knowledge in tender procedure and government procurement guidelines is a plus
Education Level : Bachelor’s
Experience : 5-10 years
