Vacancy Announcement
Position: Senior Human Resource Management Officer
Essential Functions:
• Plan, coordinate and implement staff training & development programs,
• Participate in development and updating of training policies, procedures and guidelines,
• Analyse and advice on current practice of Development Plans,
• Design to implement team development exercises on staff events and related meetings when necessary, in addition capable of handling other HR activities like:
• Involve in the development and amendment of human resource policy, procedure, manual and guidelines,
• Makes professional contribution to the existence of proper organizational structure, job description, job grades, and job specification,
• Advice on the proper Implementation of the rules and regulations on employee benefits policy and procedure manual,
• Analyse and Propose benefit issues that needs study and amendments, Assist in coordinating regular performance management programs,
• Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other administrative problems, when necessary
– Salary: as per the Bank’s scale

Qualifications/Skills : – Job Requirements: BA degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Administration Leadership, or other related fields with 5.5 years of experience or MBA/MA in the same field with 3.5 years of relevant experience preferably in Training and Development activities, of which at least 2 years as a relevant officer position.
