Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following vacant positions tenable at The Polytechnic, a constituent college of the University of Malawi.
FACULTY OF EDUCATION AND MEDIA STUDIES OFFSET PRINTING TECHNICIAN
DUTIES
Establishing and maintaining printing processes and schedules
Undertaking all offset pre-printing processes including dark room processes.
Leading in all offset printing tasks and guide in post printing and related binding processes
Monitoring and recommending timely services of the offset and related machines
Maintaining periodical inventories of accessories and consumable for the offset printing machines
Demonstrating students who study designing, printing and media studies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma in Printing or Graphic Designing and Media Studies or Grade 1 National Trade Testing Printing and Binding.
5 years experience in offset printing and processes.
