Job Requirements
Qualification, Education and Experience:
- MA/BA in Management / HR Management
- 6/9 years direct work experience.
- General knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and practices.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication organizational skills.
- Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing) & Report writing skills
