Job Title: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications/Skills : – Requirements: BA Degree or Diploma/Level IV in Accounting/ Management/Economics/ Banking and Finance/ Business Administration or related fields with 2 years of relevant banking experience as Customer Service Officer for BA Degree holders or 3 years of relevant banking experience as Customer Service Officer for Diploma/Level IV holders.
