Mothers and Children Multisectoral Development Organization (MCMDO) is an Ethiopian resident charity organization registered in accordance with charities and Societies proclamation No 621/2009 with a certificate No 0022. MCMDO currently is being implementing more than 22 Humanitarian response and development projects in Oromiya, SNNPR, Ethiopia-Somali, Gambella, Benishangul Gumuz, Tigray, Amhara, Harari, Dire Dawa and Addis Ababa City Administration.

HR Officer has expected to have a clear understanding of MCMDO’s objectives and be able to devise and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within the organization which select develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives. The incumbent is not only deal with staff welfare and administration centered activities but also strategy and planning HR departments are expected to add value to the organization they support

• BA degree in Management, Public Administration, and Human Resource Management with at least 4 years relevant experience related with HR working practices, recruitment, conditions of employment, negotiation with external work related agencies and managing employee related issues
• Proficient in HR Matter
• Able to communicate well with all levels of people,
• Good writing skills,
• Meticulous detailed well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines,
• Expert user of MS windows and strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage
