Knowledge, Skills, Behaviours, and Experience Required to Achieve Role’s Objectives:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics and any other related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience (2 years of which must be in a supervisory position with management responsibility) in a Corporate, UN or NGO environment, including significant in large scale administrative functions both emergency and development programs.
- A demonstrated ability to multi-task and process information into action as to not delay activities.
- Must be an independent thinker and have strong organizational skills; demonstrated experience scheduling and managing staff from multiple departments.
- Previous experience of managing and developing a team and the ability to lead, motivate and develop others.
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate options; think and plan strategically.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Communicates clearly and effectively; ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel
- Strong team-building and motivational skills
- Strong managerial and supervisory skills

- Good in computer skills and use of relevant software and other applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; both in English and Amharic
