Post: Senior Assistant Human Resource Management Officer (Personnel Audit) (Grade J)

Salary: Within the Grade J salary scale segment

Location: Department of Human Resource Management and Development

Qualifications

Applicants should be either Assistant Human Resource Management Officers (Grade K), Management Services Technicians (Grade K) or Assistant Personnel Auditors (Grade K), all with a minimum of four (4) years experience in those posts_

Duties

  • Conduct Personnel Audit in Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs);
  • Prepare Personnel Audit Reports from Personnel Audit conducted in Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs);
  • Capture GP 1 Forms and other related events in the system;
  • File Personnel Audit documents in appropriate files, etc.

Note:

Documentary evidence of major requirements specified in the advertisement shall be needed during interviews. Serving officers will also be required to demonstrate during the interviews that they are permanent and pensionable officers in the Civil Service by producing letters of confirmation in appointment in addition to letters of appointment (PSR 19).
