As the Country IT Support you have a responsibility to provide support towards all local users & systems. Your main goal and priority is to maintain the Infrastructure environment and create a high level of user satisfaction as your personal goal. You will respect the boundaries of the IT policies & regulations.

  • Support the business, first line support and incident management
  • Take responsibility for country infrastructure of those countries assigned to you (includes modular cabling system, switches & servers).
  • Provide assistance in Server or Network support, based on input of the Group Network & Sever Administrators
  • Prepare and coordinate new hardware/software deployments and upgrades.
  • Maintain and administer the Global asset management system.
  • Provides basic training to users on equipment and software operations.  Instructs users on operation of local, company based applications.
  • Translate corporate IT policies, rules and regulations towards the local business within the country or countries under your responsibility.
  • Follow up on purchases (within the global standard) and by following the required procedures
  • Drive change through the organization by create an open and honest communication platform, respect all IT procedures, embrace and uphold digital safety and provide feedback when needed.
  • Being part of the Global IT Support organization you will take a share of responsibility within project work groups, additional roles, defined by the Global Service Desk Team Lead.
  • You will respect the boundaries of the IT policies & regulations
  • Place third party / vendor service calls, when necessary:
  • Accompanies service technician on-site
  • Coordinates repair, follows-up call
  • Obtains and verifies service charges for repairs
  • Perform other duties as assigned by you immediate supervisor.

  • Stress resistant, flexible
  • ITIL Foundation v3 certified is a strong plus
