Acquire and apply updated knowledge of Ethiopian GAAP for effective functioning and ensure compliance in accounts operation at DBL industries PLC.

Acquire and apply updated knowledge of relevant laws for smooth functioning of accounts at DBL Industries PLC.

Acquire and apply detail knowledge of Oracle ERP system.

Operational Role:

Ensure/record all transactions which should have been recorded in ERP system (Oracle) for each month, have actually been recorded in the system for the month.

Generate month closing entries in Oracle system for each month.

Perform month closing activities for General Ledger and all subsidiary ledger of oracle system.

Maintain Supplier ledger in Oracle system by accurately processing of Invoices, payment and related documents.

Record and manage other receiving in site from various sale of unused material, wastage etc.

Ensure all inventory transactions are properly recorded in Oracle system and generate month end inventory reports at site.

Maintain all units of projects in oracle system and ensure all cost accumulated for project cost is accurate and up to date.

Maintain petty cash at Head Office.

All other task as assigned/ approved by management.
