Project Mercy Ethiopia, is an international non-profit humanitarian organization working in different regions of Ethiopia for the well-being of children, is seeking an experienced candidate for the post of Education Administrator. Project Mercy has a school from KG to grade as well as a Health Science College that trains Midwives.

Principal Duties:

Implement the Ethiopian Ministry Of Education Policy.

• Ensure that Quality Education being delivered — establish, track, and maintain highest levels for student, teacher, and school performance.
• Develop and regularly update work plan guidance and ensure this is implemented.
• Provide administrative supervision, support and guidance to teaching staff.
• Draftregu lations and present to management for approval before implementation. 
• Deal with queries and complaints procedures.
• Collect relevant data and prepare reports on regular basis and stibmit as requiredfor both internal and external use.
• Coordinate examination and assessment processes.
• Maintain high levels of quality assurance, including course evaluation and course approval procedures.
• Communicate withexternal agencies and government departments as required.
• Organize and lead the Parent, Teacher, Student, and Management Association Required Knowledge, Skills and Personal Attributes

Skill

• Good technical knowledge in the field of Education Planning and Management,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong organizational, inter-personal, communication and report writing skills
• Computer literate in word processing and excel.Minimum Education and Experience Required

Bachelors level Degree/Masters Degree in Education / Management or other related field.

Experience

• Five years+ experience in School Administration, Management or Director.
